We loved the spaciousness of our room, which easily accommodated our group of four. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a pool and gym that we all enjoyed. The location was absolutely perfect for theater goers, with easy access to the city center either on foot or by tram. And let's not forget the convenience of being just a short walk away from the Bourke St mall and all the city shops.
Couldn't stay longer.

Bathroom needs some work but rest of apartment was fine but they are tired and in need of refurbishment particularly for the price charged. There was no airconditioning in the lift nor was the airconditioning on on the 2nd floor and it was a very hot weekend.

Convenient location close to popular dining spots like Chin Chin, which was a hit 👍. Also within walking distance to Block Arcade for a fun exploration.

Late check out. We loved the fact that we chose paramount serviced. Grossi Florentino, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. This venue is a welcome base for a holiday in Melbourne.

It was cold. The heaters in the room were very old and the main bedroom one did not work.

I really liked the location. We went to the Princess Theatre and the Comedy Theatre so it was fantastic. i liked the newish carpet and kitchen bench tops. Also the towels were a good size.
The apartment was pretty grubby. Even the toilet brush next to the toilet was caked with dirt. The swinging door on the shower recess got in the way when you had a shower as it always swung in and didnt sit back against the bath. The bathroom was tired and not very fresh looking. the taps were also dirty. the kitchen utensils were very basic. A larger saucepan would have been good and a colander for draining pasta. The crockery was not nice and the dessert bowls alone did not match and were very odds and sods. A few more cutting utensils would be good for cutting vegetables as what was there was not good to use. The cups were so small and I asked if you had any larger cups or mugs and you didn't so I was going to buy a couple of cheap mugs to use but instead bought some heat proof throw away cups from Woolworths instead. So something a little larger would be nice. The place mats were very old and deteriorated so really should be thrown away and replaced with new ones. They don't have to be expensive. I feel that having stuff that matched or was kept nicer and replaced when looking shabby is important. Specially as the apartment is a fairly high price and making small changes and ensuring cleaning is done properly would make a wealth of difference. Also the windows need double glazing as on Friday night I did not sleep at all because of the music that was so loud kept me awake. It felt like I was on the ground floor and not 7 floors up and that the music and people were right outside. then at 4am the music stopped and the rubbish trucks started and the clanking of empty bottles. I finally got to sleep at 5.30am.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to almost everything in the city. Tram stops are conveniently close by, making it easy to explore the area. the hotel is in the center of Melbourne, right on an alley, allowing guests to easily access shops, restaurants, and theaters. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable experience.
Some aspects of the hotel may need improvement, such as the broken dryer door and the locked balcony. Guests may also experience confusion when navigating through the series of lifts.
